Pickup
Free local pickup in Barrie, ON. After we confirm your request, we email a time and address. Please bring photo ID if we ask for it.
Shipping
We ship within Canada. Rates depend on size and destination; we’ll quote shipping before you pay. Tracking is provided when available. International shipping may be available on request.
Handling
Singles ship sleeved and in a protective mailer or box. Sealed and graded items are packed to limit movement. Orders usually leave within a few business days after payment confirmation.
Returns
Opened sealed product and personalized items are generally not returnable. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help (refund, replacement, or store credit as agreed).
Cancellations
Requests can be cancelled before we confirm and invoice. After payment, cancellations depend on whether the order has shipped.
